Nagyon hasznosnak találtam a tanfolyamot, Számomra új megismeréseket adott. A szemlélete viszont ismerős volt, és számomra otthonos. A tréner meg tudta teremteni a jó hangulatot, Az egyéni odafigyelést a tanfolyam alatt, majd a személyre szabott edzéstervet, amit kaptunk a végén, külön értékelendőnek tartom. A tanfolyam elindított egy irányba, persze kell kitartás, akaraterő is a sikerhez. A honlap is nagyon informatív, így úgy érzem, kaphatok további iránymutatást, ha elakadnék a gyógyulási folyamatban.

Messzemenően túlmutatott az intimtornán a tanfolyam (legalábbis ahhoz képest, mint, amire én számítottam), mivel igencsak holisztikus képet kaptam a lelki és testi egészségről. Mindenkinek ajánlom magát a kurzust és persze Zsófit is, akivel öröm volt eltölteni ezt az intenzív két napot, mivel nagyon lelkes, odafigyelő, felkészült és humoros tréner volt.

Többet adott a tanfolyam, mint amire számítottam. A gyakorlatok elsajátításán túl rengeteg gondolatot elindított bennem, amivel érdemes tovább foglalkoznom. Zsófi sokat tett azért, hogy a félelmeimből, bizonytalanságomból kiemeljen. Köszönöm!

Nagyon intenzív a tréning, a mostani tudásommal már inkább 4 alkalmas tréningre mennék. Zsófi nagyon empatikus, kiválóan át tudta adni a férfi lélek ismeretének alapjait, nagyon profin, és gördülékenyen váltott a mesék között, ha esetleg felmerült valami kényes téma, ami sértett valakit, azt azonnal és profin kezelte.

For me (and probably for others as well) it can be extremely exciting and useful to hear what have happened with the other participants, the real world examples. I had the impression we could have discuss more. Most of them seemed to have the intention to share, because of the strict schedule we missed that oportunity. Beside that the course was captivating, Zsofia led us very well. I enjoyed a lot and probably will attend to further courses.

Szórakoztatóak, tanulságosnak és érdekesnek találtam a tornát. Zsófi nagy türelemmel foglalkozott velünk. Nem csak a testünkkel, hanem a lelkünkkel is törődött. A belőle aradó pozitív kisugárzás, egyszerűen átragadt rám. Egy spirituális utazás volt. Nagyon örülök, hogy részt vehettem a tanfolyamon, sok új ismeretet szereztem a testemről és az érzelmeimről is. Köszönök mindent.

Tanulságos és hasznos hétvégét tudhatok a hátam mögött. A két nap alatt kicsit kiegészültek az eddigi ismereteim, illetve rendszereződött az eddigi tudásom. Bízom benne, elég kitartóan tudok gyakorolni, hogy mindezt fel is tudjam eredményesen használni. Köszönet Zsófinak a tanfolyamért.

Szentendre Spauza Egészség és Rendezvényház
Másodjára csináltam meg a tanfolyamot. Első alkalommal konkrét probléma miatt. Az akkori helyzetem ellenére nagyon sokat adott, ezért megfogadtam, hogy egyszer élőben is szeretném végigcsinálni, amikor teljesen magamra tudok figyelni és jól vagyok. Nagy élmény volt és örültem, hogy Zsófival sikerült élőben is találkozni végre. Lelkileg is feltöltődtem a hétvége folyamán, megfogadom a tanácsait és a tornát is rendszeresen végezni fogom.
