Zsuzsit egy nagyon felkészült trénernek tartom. Hihetetlen energiával és lendülettel tolta végig a 3 alkalmas képzést. Sok hasznos információval gazdagodtam, sok megerősítést kaptam. Eddig is fontos volt számomra a nőiségem, de a tréning tovább erősítette ezt bennem. Minden nőnek hasznára válik egy ilyen tanfolyam. Csak ajánlani tudom! ❤️

Oldott hangulatban, segítő rávezetéssel és hozzáértéssel vezette a tanfolyamot. Nem zavart a korom, és az sem, ha nem tudtam azonnal teljesíteni a gyakorlatot, viszont Zsuzsa kedves bátorítása hozzásegített, hogy ne adjam fel, próbáljam megkeresni a számomra legoptimálisabb testhelyzetet. Nagyon élveztem a képzést. Zsuzsinak sikerült közvetlen, humoros és együttérző stílusával jó kis csapatot összekovácsolni már az első alkalommal a résztvevőkből annak ellenére, hogy különböző korosztályúak voltunk. Egyszerre volt új, kihívásokkal teli és neglepően felszabadító érzés ilyen formában ismerkedni a testemmel. Most már csak gyakarolni kell. Pilates oktatóként is tényleg bátran ajánlom mindekinek :)

Nagyon jól éreztem magam a tanfolyamon, mindig vártam, hogy eljöjjön a következő alkalom. Zsuzsi szakmai felkészültsége magas színvonalú. Figyelem felkeltő előadásmódja sokat segített a gyakorlati elemek elsajátításában. Jó hangulatban teltek a foglalkozások,nagyon sok új ismeretanyaggal lettünk gazdagabbak. A Zsuzsi által megszerzett elméleti tudásra alapozva igyekszem a gyakorlatokat folyamatosan végezni, melyhez sokat fog segíteni a hanganyag. Köszönöm a felkészítést!
