A Kriston Intim Tornáról a főiskolás éveim alatt hallottam először. 2008-ban védőnői diplomát szereztem a budapesti Semmelweis Egyetem Egészségtudományi Karán. 2010-óta szervezek tréningeket Békéscsabán és környékén.

Bea nagyon aranyos, szimpatikus, jó felkészült tréner. Mindenre figyelve, a tanfolyamot jó hangulatban vezette le. Számomra a tréning hatása már az első héten érzékelhető volt. Biztos vagyok benne, hogy a tornával és felfogással ( nézőpont) teljesen rendben lesznek a hasi szerveim. A tanfolyamokat nézve, sajnálom, hogy nem tudtam róla 18 évvel ezelőtt. Nagyon örülök, hogy megismerhettem Beatrixet és rajta keresztül a Kriston-módszert. További sok sikert és jó egészséget kívánok!

Beát más szerepkörből már ismertem, ahol egy szerény csendes, szakmailag felkészült nőt ismertem meg. A tanfolyamon ebből csak a felkészültsége maradt (hála istennek). Végig laza, jó fej volt. Sikerült az intim témát 60 körüli pasiknak is fogyaszthatóvá tenni! Köszi Bea!!

Kimagaslóan megfelelt a tanfolyam az elcarasaimnak. Ösztönző jellegű képzés volt, de nem hitegetett. Kitartasra es rengeteg türelemre hívta fel a figyelmemet!! Támogató segítséggel fordult hozzám. Csak ajánlani tudom, sorstars, barát, segítő!Bár minden alkalommal együtt csinalná velem a gyakorlatokat!
