Kriston Method is a Hungarian method developed by Andrea Kriston, a teacher of Physical Education and Biology.
Since 1986, she has been developing a health-promoting method of the abdominal organs that increases the vitality of body and soul for both sexes and all ages.
Andrea was the first one in Hungary to start dealing with intimate health in a gym, when she had women and men exercise their sphincters.
This is where her own authoring work began, where she created the Kriston method, a method of prevention and self-rehabilitation for the abdominal organs and pelvic floor muscles.
Today, she and her network of trainers pass on this special method together in Hungary and more and more places abroad.
The Kriston Method is taught in the form of training sessions that create rapid and significant health improvement in the lives of the participants.
She developed a self-rehabilitation program at the gynecology-urology department of St. Rókus Hospital at the request of Dr. János Demeter, which she led for 10 years.
Her Kindergarten program was taught in Norway.
Her method is taught at a gynecological medical center in Oslo, and her method is mentioned within the subject of sexology at Simon Bolivar Andina University in Ecuador.
She is a lecturer at Eötvös Lóránd University and the accredited Special College of Holistic / Integrative Medicine of the University of Medicine in Debrecen.
