The Kriston Method has been developed by Andrea Kriston since 1986. She invented the method and it soon became clear that there was a significant demand for it. Within a short time, the need arose to give her students the opportunity to become trainers. So in 1998 she started the first trainer training course.
All Kriston trainers must meet high professional standards. This includes annual training and examination renewals. The method has spread and gained popularity thanks to Andrea and the trainers who also pass on their knowledge to their students with genuine passion and dedication.
More than 100 people have already completed the trainer training and there are currently more than 50 trainers who are active across Europe.
Our trainers run their own businesses, which are coordinated and supervised by the Kriston Centre.
By 2020, the Kriston Method had grown large enough to require structural changes. Until then, Andrea Kriston had been solely responsible for everything: trainer training, the examinations, development of the method, the business side, the legal side, the website, etc., while also teaching enthusiastically.
It became inevitable for the method to undergo a major structural transformation. It was then that Andrea's younger daughter Csenge Ruzsonyi joined the company and the Kriston Centre was formed. Among other things, the hierarchy of the courses and the operational framework of the trainers' network were clarified. Currently, the company is run by two people: Andrea is responsible for the professional side of things, while Csenge is in charge of the business operations. The Centre also collaborates with lawyers, graphic designers, web developers and translators, providing the expertise needed to continuously improve the quality of the method.
They are always on the look for enthusastic professionals with new ideas to elevate the Method, so if you have any ideas on how to improve the Method or the operations, please send us a message: info@kristonmethod.com.
