Maintaining and regaining our health requires attention, consciousness and daily care. The Kriston Method helps you take care of yourself from top to toe, inside and out, no matter your age or your state of health.
The topics covered are scarcely discussed, taboo in most cultures, but they determine the quality of our lives: sexual behaviour in adults, childhood sexuality, "shameful" events, toilet habits, experiences of failure, fantasies, relationship to menstruation, body image, good qualities, success, physical hygiene, relationships, fertility, childbirth, parenthood, abdominal organ functions, ageing, gender identity... In school, in the family, we are typically not educated on these issues, occasionally receiving information that is harmful to our body and soul, and we make life-long decisions based on these. In order for parents to provide knowledge about sexuality, they must first become educated, even though they have rarely been educated on the topic. The course is of great help in preparation for parents.
The Kriston Method is accessible to all ages, from preschoolers to the elderly, and provides essential and useful information about the maintenance and optimal functioning of the organ systems of excretion, defecation and reproduction. It helps men and women to keep their intimacy-related organs healthy and to reach their full sexual potential.
