General description

Genital herpes is classified as a sexually transmitted disease and can occur in both sexes. It is considered a contagious disease, with many people being asymptomatic carriers.

Symptoms, causes

The causative agent is considered to be the herpes simplex virus, but like so many other viruses, bacteria and fungi, it can be present in us without causing any symptoms or complaints. Other times, however, there is an uncomfortable, painful, itchy, burning sensation on the genitals, with inflammation, redness, blisters. These blisters can open and form a sore, which may exude fluids and sometimes bleed. In women, symptoms of herpes may appear on the cervix, vagina, external genitalia, anus, and in men on the penis, urethra, scrotum, and the buttock area. Given the fact that the virus is present even when there are no symptoms, it is important to see what circumstances influence the development of the symptoms. These include the coexistence of other diseases, stress, fatigue, surgery, taking various medications, the state of the immune system, menstruation, etc.

Treatment

Following on from the above, it is essential to look at the coexisting factors at the onset of the symptoms and, if possible, change them. Menstruation, for example, cannot be avoided, but as it is a source of stress for many women, the attitude towards it can be changed. It can be useful to dig deeper, to get to the roots, and it is worth considering the help of a professional, a psychologist. Keeping the intimate parts of the body in good shape, proper circulation of the organs, ideal oxygen and nutrient supply to the cells, are also excellent treatments for other infectious inflammations. This is the goal that the Kriston Intimate Training, based on the experience of professionals, serves in a unique and complex way. There is no sure cure, symptomatic treatment can alleviate the discomfort, but recurrences are common, so it is more useful to identify the root causes.

Effects of the Kriston Method

In our training sessions, individually or in a group, you will learn specific movements under the guidance of a certified Kriston instructor, and you will receive an individualised exercise routine that best supports the healthy functioning of your genitals. The information given in the sessions, the emotional situations you experience, will reveal what kind of emotional motivation might be behind your problem. Exploring these, and recognising the 'script' of your symptoms, will help you make the changes that will allow you to maintain a healthy epithelium and to eliminate the cause of your herpes. This is how the Kriston training makes the effect complete.
