Nagyon jó hangulatú és nagyon informatív 3 napot töltöttünk együtt. A tanfolyam 3 napra 3x4 órára osztása szerintem nagyon ideális volt. Jól éreztem magam. Ajánlani fogom az ismerőseimnek is. Ezt szerintem minden lánynak/nőnek hasznos lenne. Ildikó nagyon felkészült és segítőkész volt szívesen vennék részt még olyan tanfolyamon amit ő tart.

Ildiko nagyon kedves es baratsagos volt az elso pillanattol fogva. Mivel a 3. trimeszter vegefele jartam, azonnal probalt nekem idopontokat talalni a leheto leghamarabb. Stilusa hasonlo Andreaehoz, ami azonnal ismerosse tette a kozeget. Nehai szulesznokent es Anyakent egyarant erositette es emelte a trening szakmai szinvonalat.

A Kriston alaptanfolyamon szerzett pozitív tapasztalataimból kiindulva vágtam bele a Gólyatréningbe. Örülök, hogy megtettem, ebből is sokat tudtam építkezni. Ildikó tréningje számomra nagyon megnyugtató volt, oldott hangulatban teltek az online órák. Úgy érzem, magabiztosabban és felkészültebben fogom tudni végigcsinálni a szülési folyamatot, bárhogy is alakuljon :)

Bár még nem érzek nagy változást az állapotomat illetően, hiszem, hogy a kitartó gyakorlás meghozza gyümölcsét. Érdekes és egyben hasznos volt a tanfolyam, csak ajánlani tudom. Ildikó nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Jó hangulatban teltek az órák. 🙂

Nagyon felkeszult volt Ildiko, tabuk nelkul, konnyed stilusban es nagyszeru hasonlatokkal oktatott. Ez nagyban segitett abban, hogy jobban ertsem a feladatokat, pedig elotte elkepzelno sem tudtam hogy fogom majd tudni mit kell csinalni. A rendszeres gyakorlas utan nagyon bizom benne h segiteni fog a torna
