Sok éve el kellett volna mennem egy ilyen tanfolyamra és örülök, hogy végül sikerült! Nagyon kellemes hangulatú - bár kissé hűvös - estéket töltöttünk együtt, számomra nagyon hasznos volt! A rendszeres tornát nehéz minden nap beiktatni, de egy rövidített verziót valahogy belegyömöszölök a legvadabb napomba is. Az elején egyértelmű javulást észleltem a tüneteimben, ez azóta megtorpant, de hamarosan letelik a 10. hét...Ezúton is köszönöm Piró segítségét!

Terhesség alatt az utolsó időszakban jártam a tréningre mind testileg mind lelkileg segített a szülés előtti időszakban a módszer és Piró személye egyaránt, az pedig hogy egy remek csapat jött össze akikkel azóta is jóban vagyunk csak még egy pluszt adott az egész foglalkozásnak. Bátran ajánlom minden olyan nőnek, aki kiszeretne lépni a komfortzónájából, de még nem tudja milyen módon, akkor ez egy remek lépés.

Most októberben volt szerencsém Sándor Piroska tréner óráira járnom. Nagyon örülök, hogy őt választottam, mert ezek az intim témák/gyakorlatok sokunknak kényes téma, de Piró barátságos és segítőkész személye mellett levetkőzhettük gátlásainkat. A torna hasznos, nagyon érdekes, sok új információval szolgál, máris érzem jótékony hatását. Remelem elég kitartó leszek és csinálom rendszeresen. Szerintem mindenkinek jót tenne, ha részt venne egy-egy nemének, korának megfelelő tanfolyamon. A mi Priónk remek előadó és tréner, s a csapat is nagyon baráti volt. Köszönöm!
