A tanfolyam nemcsak testi, hanem lelki feltöltődést is adott számomra. Tünde szakmai tudása, felkészültsége és közvetlen személyisége olyan biztonságos és kellemes hangulatot teremtett, ahol igazán el tudtam engedni magam, és sikerült kikapcsolnom a mindennapok zaját. Különösen tetszett, hogy a gyakorlatokat alaposan begyakoroltuk, így azokat otthon is magabiztosabban tudom végezni. Csak ajánlani tudom 🥰

Nem volt konkrét elképzelésem, mikor jelentkeztem a képzésre, sok ismerőstől hallottam jókat, hogy nagyon hasznos a képzés, főleg szülés után. Azt tudtam, hogy szűlés után, mindenképp foglalkozi szeretnék a gáti terület regenerálódásával, hogy olyan legyen, mint előtte, vagy ha lehet, még jobb. Több szempontból is érzem már a fejlődést magamon, számomra a házik nagyon jók voltak, mert, ha nem is minden nap, de igyekeztem nagy gyakorisággal végezni őket otthon, és figyelni arra, hogy legyenek mozgásban tartva. A képzés pedig mindig nagyon jó hangulatban zajlott, Tündével nagyon könnyen meg lehet találni a közös hangot. És jó volt a gyakorlatok de a beszélgetések által is visszatérni a nőiességhez, és szembe nézni azzal is, hogy mennyi gátat okoznak régi traumák, sebek és megfelelési kényszerek, amiket jó, ha le tudunk tenni és nem cipelni tovább.

Nagyon szerettem a tanfolyamot. Úgy gondolom hasznos lesz ha megmarad a megfelelő kitartás. Jól éreztem magam, örülök, hogy részt vettem.

2 napos tanfolyamon vettem részt, orvosi javaslatra. Nagyon jól éreztem magam,Nagyon hasznos és különleges napok voltak. A tréner érthetően magyarázott, így könnyen el lehetett sajátítani a gyakorlatokat, Nagyon készséges és segítőkész volt. Nagyon köszönöm a lehetőséget, hálás vagyok érte. Fontos lenne a program szélesebb körű népszerűsítése, hogy nagyobb figyelem irányuljon az intim torna fontosságára és többen értesüljenek arról, hogy Székelyudvarhelyen is lehetőség van a Kriston-torna elsajátítására egy kiváló szakember vezetésével.

Nagy hála van bennem, hogy sikerült részt vennem ezen a tanfolyamon. Nagyon sok új és hasznos dologgal gazdagodtam. Annyira örültem, hogy az érzelmi háttérről is szó volt. Sokat foglalkoztat a téma. Tudatosabban figyelek a testemre, ami nagyon hálás ezért. :)
