Intim tornára számítottam, de emellett olyan jelentőségteljes életvezetési tanacsokat kaptam, hogy azt éreztem, az aktuális kirakómnak több része is a helyére került - új lendületet kaptam a folytatáshoz. Reggeli torna rutint, vagy esti levezetést, naplóvezetési feladatat - ezek önmagukban is óriási hatást fognak az életemre gyakorolni a következő 10 hétben. Beáta, nagyon hálás vagyok, köszönöm!!!

Beában egy szakmailag jól felkészült, empatikus, rendkívül szimpatikus trénert ismertem meg. Nemcsak vizuálisan, hanem szemléltető eszközzel is segítette a női alsó szervek és izmok működésének a megértését. Az előadásmódja egyszerű, mindenki számára érthető volt. A gyakorlatokat először szóban, majd velünk együtt végezte el. Kellemes, meghitt, családias hangulatot teremtett a tréning alatt. A szünetekben jókat beszélgettünk, minden felmerülő kérdésre igyekezett korrekten válaszolni. A tanfolyam végére úgy éreztem, mintha ezer éve ismernénk egymást. Rendkívül hálás vagyok, hogy a nőiségem megőrzésében és a problémáim megoldásában fejlődni tudok a segítségével. Kortól függetlenül mindenkinek tiszta szívből ajánlom.
