In 2022, an“ordinary” question started it all.
“Would you teach pelvic floor training?”
In some homes, that might be an inappropriate question. In ours, it was just a Tuesday evening conversation.
My partner – a holistic sexologist – wanted people to truly understand how fundamental, yet neglected, this area of the body is. Especially for men.
Not only a gateway to sexuality, but to spirituality. A developer of sensitivity.
A source of creative life force.
Intimacy has never been “just” a topic for me. Not theory. As a survivor of abuse, I have always believed that despite what I experienced – or perhaps because of it – intimacy can be one of the most powerful sources of joy in life.
“There’s a Hungarian method. Exactly for this.” I answered, with an inner wow.
A few hours later, we were already filling out the application form.
I had been searching for my path... and I thought I had arrived.
Three to six months. I’ll learn it. Graduate. Teach. Easy.
Life smiled… and quietly, deeply… redesigned everything.
Like a spin cycle that doesn’t ask whether you’re ready.
It spins you. Presses you. Takes apart your identity — so you can rise from the ashes differently.
Six months became three years.
And I learned. Not only anatomy. Not only muscle control.
But deep psychosomatics.
I have always believed that change is the only constant in life —
and that it’s how we grow into the gift we were born with.
Change is not punishment. It is an invitation to a personal, unique adventure — even the “imposed” turning points happen for us.
A symptom is not an enemy. It is an intelligent message from the body — simply speaking another language.
Most people don’t struggle with learning.
They struggle with consistent, everyday application.
Integration is not a slogan. It’s a personal rollercoaster — and at times, you need someone who can hold the space steady when you feel like giving up.
That’s where I can truly support you — when you are ready.
I am closer to fifty than I feel.
I became a mother at eighteen.
I have lived in three countries.
I have traveled to more than thirty.
I have spent countless hours in self-development. Silva Method. NLP. Metaphysics. Consciousness work.
And sometimes, even now, the “Am I good enough?” monster winks at me.
I don’t fight it anymore. I invite it for coffee. I know where it comes from...
and I know growth is not linear.
I haven’t arrived. I like being on the way. Consciously. Playfully.
Sometimes barefoot.
