Egyszemélyes online képzésen vettem részt Katánál. Kata nagyon kedves volt és közvetlen, jó hangulatban telt a tréning. 2x4 órában voltunk és nagyon rugalmas volt az időpontokkal kapcsolatban. Sok mindent segített megérteni a testem működésével kapcsolatban a tanfolyam, pedig eddig is azt gondoltam, hogy nagyon tudatosan álltam a témához. A tudásanyag elengedhetetlen volna minden nőnek. Maga a tréning nagyon jól felépített volt, minden gyakorlatot meg tudtam csinálni, Kata nagyon szemléletesen magyarázta a gyakorlatokat. Az egyes etapok számomra elég fárasztóak voltak, főleg a második, ahol végig tornáztunk. Az elsőn közbeszúrt történetek jól színesítették az órát. Köszönöm, hogy részt vehettem, abszolút megérte.

Barátságos kedves légkör fogadott. Az oktató profi de mégis könnyed a stílusa. Talán a3-4 alkalom jobb lett volna, a vége már fárasztó volt. Nem bántam meg hogy rászántam az időt.

Rengeteg hasznos információt sajátítottam el a tanfolyam alatt. Nemcsak a feladatokon volt a hangsúly, hanem önmagunk elfogadása, a magunkért való kiállás is megerősítést nyert bennem. Mindenkinek szívből ajánlom Katalin tanfolyamait, nagyon szimpatikus, jó előadó. Egy kicsit sem éreztem magát kellemetlenül. Máskor is szívesen csatlakozom a tanfolyamaihoz.
