Régóta terveztem és most végtelenül örülök, hogy elindultam ezen az úton. Van hova fejlődni és munka is van bőven. A lelki oldal feltárása számomra nehezebb, ezért egyéni konzultáción is gondolkodom. Az alap tanfolyamot nem Andreánál végeztem el így örültem hogy találkozhattam vele is. Csakis a legjobbakat tudom elmondani, odafigyel a hallgatóira, közvetlen, könnyen befogadható az általa előadott anyag és fenntartja a figyelmet előadás közben. Sok hasznos információt és olyan gyakorlatokat kaptam amelyek kihívást jelentenek a következő időszakban. Örülök hogy részt vehettem ezen a tanfolyamon.

Nagyon hasznos, gondolatokat ébresztő 4 este volt. Sokkal jobban feldolgozható volt így, mint a 2 napos hétvégi... Remélem lesz kitartásom, időm a gyakorlatokat rendszeresen csinálni. Mindent nagyon szépen köszönök kedves Andrea!

Andrea is not only giving exercises to train my body but what is even more important she shifts my way of thinking, with the stories and imagination exercises she gives very strong capacity to believe in my strength, woman power, sensitivity, capability of going through birth giving. Nagyon hálás vagyok, hogy elmentem a Kriston Gólyatréningre! A tanfolyam rengeteg olyan dolgot adott, amire korábban nem is gondoltam, testileg, lelkileg és tudásban is sokkal felkészültebbnek érzem magam a szülésre. Nagyon tetszett, hogy nemcsak elméleti ismereteket kaptunk, hanem sok gyakorlati, könnyen beépíthető technikát is, amik segítenek a testtudat fejlesztésében és a gátizom tudatos használatában. Andrea empatikus, nyitott és támogató volt, minden kérdésre türelemmel válaszolt, és igazán meghitt, biztonságos légkört teremtett. Jó érzés volt nőként, kismamaként ennyi figyelmet és értő támogatást kapni. Összességében sokkal magabiztosabbnak érzem magam a szüléssel kapcsolatban, és úgy érzem, valóban tettem valamit magamért és a kisbabámért is. Minden kismamának szívből ajánlom, aki szeretne tudatosan, nyugodtan és testileg-lelkileg felkészülten várni a szülésre.

Szinte minden tanfolyamot elvégeztem már Andreával. A tréningek hasznossága megkérdőjelezhetetlen, egy önismereti utazás, ami rengeteg értékes információt adott nekem, a gyakorlatok nem egyszerűek, de gyakorolni kell és lesz sikerélmény. Andrea stílusa magával ragadó, valamennyi tréning, amin részt vettem (Kokopelli, Endometriózis, Gésa) elképesztően sokat segített, visszaadta a magamba vetett bizalmat, hogy képes vagyok meggyógyítani a testem, a lelkem. A tréningek végére nekem elmúltak az endometriózis okozta tünetek. Hálás vagyok Andreának mindenért, receptre kellene felírni mindenkinek, annyira hasznos, amit és ahogy tesz. Köszönöm!
