Kiscsoportos tréning ( 7-en voltunk ). Jó hangulatban telt, szemléletes, a problémákra jól rávilágító történetekkel. Biztonságban éreztem magam. A résztvevők kérdéseire lehetett volna több időt szánni.

Elégedett vagyok többnyire. Ági kedves volt, mosolygós, és tapasztalt tréner. Igyekezett mindent részletesen elmagyarázni példákon és történeteken keresztül. A tanfolyam első napja érdekes volt, de a második nap végére elfáradtunk. A szobában a hőmérséklet nekem alacsony volt, mert én fázós vagyok. Ezért jobban fel kellett öltöznöm. A lakásban minden tiszta volt, ezzel nem volt semmi gond.

A kezdeti feszültséget hamar sikerült feloldania Áginak. Nyíltan beszélt mindenről, sok dolog nem volt ismeretlen számomra, de így összefoglalva, történetekkel fűszerezve minden a helyére került. Mindenkit segített, hogy megérezze , megtanulja a mozgásokat. Tettszett, hogy saját felelősségünket kiemelte egészségünk (lelki, testi) alakításában.

Ági nagyon részletesen, tapasztalás alapján tanította meg a feladatokat. Folyamatosan figyelt a résztvevőkre, figyelt mindenki testi és lelki állapotára. A lelki részét emelném ki, hiszen nekünk NŐKnek a lelkünket is folyamatosan ápolni kell. Nagyon mély belső utazás volt.

Ági nagyon segítőkész és empatikus tréner. A tanfolyam alatt folyamatosan befeszültem, sírtam, nagyon rosszul élem meg azt az állapotot, amiben vagyok. Nehezem megy a figyelem és az a "képzeld el" . Minden kezdet nehéz! Nagyon bízok benne, hogy a sok hiszti és negatív gondolat mellett, érezni fogom a változást, azt hogy egyáltalan vannak ott lent izmaim.
