Általánosságban nagyon hasznos a torna. Mivel vissza is nézhető, a rendszeres gyakorlást is lehetővé teszi. Nekem ez mostanában sajnos elmaradt.

Minden perce kincs volt! Sok minden elindult bennem, még nem tudom hova fut ki, de a hasznosság nem kérdés. Várom már, hogy elkezdhessem a gyakorlást. Ági személyében egy csodás nőt ismertem meg, akinek ittam minden szavát! A gyakorló órák nagyon jó kiegészítői az alaptanfolyamon tanultaknak. Változatosságot, új megtapasztalásokat adnak a napi saját tornámhoz. A torna után Ági válaszol a kérdéseinkre. Szükség esetén szemléletes, jól érthető példákkal egészíti ki a válaszait, magyarázatait. Tapasztalatokat cserélünk / gyűjtünk egymással.
