Anna nagyon lelkes oktató, részletesen válaszolt minden felmerülő kérdésre. A tanfolyam jó hangulatban telt, mert egy biztonságos közegben érezhette magát mindenki, ahol el tudtuk engedni magunkat. Sok hasznos téma felvetésre került, ami elgondolkodásra és további beszélgetésre sarkallt engem. Mindenkinek javallott, még annak is, akinek nincsen semmilyen tünete. Kívánom, hogy majd egyszer az iskolákban legyen minden diák számára elérhető egy ilyen jellegű, szakszerű foglalkozás.

Teljes mértékben pozitív élményekkel távoztam a tanfolyamról. Anna szakmailag nagyon felkészült, érthetően és részletesen adta át a tananyagot, és mindemellett nyugodt és biztonságos légkört teremtett, ahol bármit kérdezhetsz. Nagyon örülök, hogy őt választottam trénernek, és nem mellesleg egy szuper csoport jött össze arra a hétvégére. Nyugodt szívvel ajánlom mindenkinek a tanfolyamot és Annát is! :)

A tanfolyamon végig nagyon jó volt a hangulat, Anna közvetlen személyiségével nagyon jól feloldotta a résztvevőket akkor is, amikor nehéz, nem hétköznapi témákról volt szó. Mindeközben a tananyagot érthetően és részletesen átadta számunkra. Pont jó volt az elmélet és a gyakorlat aránya, fűszerezve egyéni történetekkel. Külön szeretném kiemelni, hogy mennyire előnyös volt a helyszín választás a sok mosdóval.

Én kb. egy hónappal az alaptréning után jöttem erre a haladó tréningre és nekem nagyon bevált így. Anna szuper kedves, jófej, hiteles szakember, biztonságos légkört teremtett. Minden érthetően volt elmagyarázva és még plusz izgalmas gyakorlatok is voltak. :)

Anna kítűnő tréner, minden segítséget megad a gyakorlatok elsajátításához, szuperül magyaráz. Energikusságával, személyiségével és jelenlétével nagyon sokat hozzáad a tréninghez. Nagyon motiváló :). Szerintem az alaptréning kiegészítéseként ezt a tréninget is el lehetne végeznie minden nőnek. Sokat hozzáad az ön- és saját testismerethez. Szívből ajánlom Annát mindenkinek :)

Nőgyógyászati műtét utáni testi-lelki felépülésem támogatása végett jelentkeztem a Gésák titka tanfolyamra. Kifejezetten Annához szerettem volna menni, mert az online térben követtem már egy ideje a munkásságát, és nagyon szimpatikusnak tűnt. Az élmény élőben még jobb volt. Nyitott, közvetlen és kedves személyisége hamar biztonságos és könnyed légkört teremtett a csoportban. A történeteket és a tananyagot elképesztően szórakoztatóan adta át, amitől a belső gátak hamar oldódni kezdtek. A teljes hétvége alatt fenntartotta a figyelmem. A torna is nagyon jól esett. Pont jó arányban oszlottak meg a tréning szóbeli és gyakorlati részei. Az alap tréning gyakorlataihoz képest számomra érzékenyebb és érzékibb élmény volt a gésa által önmagamra hangolódni. Minden érdeklődőnek csak ajánlani tudom ezt az értékes és különleges tanfolyamot, és Annát is, aki szívvel-lélekkel vezet végig rajta.
