Vig Mónika vagyok, Kriston intim torna tréner és dúla. A Kriston intim tornával akkor ismerkedtem meg, amikor az első
gyermekemmel voltam várandós. Azért végeztem el az intim torna tanfolyamot, hogy felkészítsem a gátamat a szülésre. A tanultak rendszeres alkalmazása során azonban megtapasztalhattam, hogy nemcsak a szülésre való felkészülésben hasznos az intim torna, hanem az izomgyengülésből, kötőszöveti gyengeségből adódó problémák megoldásában is. Saját bőrömön megtapasztalva az intim torna előnyös hatásait egyre inkább úgy éreztem, hogy nagyon szívesen tanítanám Kriston Andrea módszerét.
2007-ben elvégeztem az általa kifejlesztett intim torna módszer oktatására jogosító trénerképző tanfolyamot, ami még jobban megerősítette a hitemet, hogy ezt a tudást mind többeknek ismernie kellene. Azóta többezer lányt, asszonyt, kismamát, nagymamát :-) volt szerencsém megtanítani a Kriston intim tornára, s átadni nekik sok, a témához kapcsolódó információt, ezzel segítve őket céljaik elérésében.
Szeretek tanítani és nagy öröm számomra, ha úgy mennek el tőlem a résztvevők, hogy jó volt női körben lenni, olyan dolgokról hallani, amelyekről a mindennapokban igen keveset beszélünk, holott meghatározó részét képezik életünknek.

Mónika személyében egy nagyon felkészült, kedves és empatikus hölgyet ismertem meg. Amellett, hogy nagyon érthetően és profin tanította meg az intim torna gyakorlatait, nagyon sok nőket érintő témában lehetett vele tabuk nélkül beszélgetni, ami nagyon pozitív élmény volt számomra.
